Terms of Service

These terms are a practical guide for enquiries, quotes and work carried out by Strata Property Services.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Hidden defects, access issues, changes in scope or additional work may be quoted separately.

Bookings

External work is planned around sensible weather and safe access. If conditions are not suitable, we may need to rearrange.

Payment

Invoices should be paid by the due date shown. Please use the invoice number as the payment reference unless agreed otherwise.

Photos and gallery

Photos may be kept as part of the job record. Public gallery photos should only be used when suitable and appropriate.
